I recently found a great program to treat my depression, anxiety and OCD. It is over a thousand miles away and since it is a day program I will have to stay at an extended stay hotel to participate. I live with my boyfriend and rely on him a lot. I'm afraid of having heart problems or even another heart attack while I am alone in

I recently bought a Life Alert necklace and you might want to look into something like that. They have different levels, depending on which services you want/need. One is a fall detector and I know mine works because I’ve accidentally set it off and got a very loud response! It is mostly for people who live alone. I hope this helps
