I fully believe in this! It is how I’ve modeled my life and approached my heart issue.

Different forms of well-being, such as mental, physical, economic, or emotional[7] are often closely interlinked. All these forms affect each sometimes very dramatically. Your [physical and economic] well being when disabled and financially destitute are not conducive to a positive mental and emotional outlook on life. What to do? How to improve? Sometimes many issues are simply out of our control? The answer from the medical/industrial/insurance complex is drugs! Claims that the “the science isn’t settled” with regard to health care are symptomatic of a large body of ignorance about how science works.

This was a British study which is a very different lifestyle from American and the info was general. Wasn't anything new and gave no interventions that were helpful.
