Hi everyone..I am ashamed to say I have picked up a few extra pounds and can't seem to get rid off it...yes I am not excercising. But do not eat alot. I tried even walking faster but then I am out breathe and so tired.. I am not happy about it...I still work and do alot of walking there. But when its time to go home I can't keep my eyes open. my question is oh!!I am also taking lipitor daily I take beta blocker twice a day only 1/4 of PILL TWICE DAILY my question is why do they tell you to get exercise and get heart rate up when they are giving you meds to lower heart rate?? anyone know that I do 294 stairs and halls a day thirty minute a day of exercise so what is your theory

Walking isn't as easy as it used to be ...not sure why doctor doesn't seem to know fully either....I can ride a bike all day no problem.

It's quite common for someone with heart disease to suffer from depression. I have the odd bout of the black dog but I go for a walk with my beautiful Charlie and he always cheers me up.
