@A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member, Thanks so much for your very kind words. I don't see this as a struggle; I see it as a blessing. It has made me strong, empathetic, and understanding, and I realize that each and every day is precious and worth the time to appreciate it. The small things are always so special to me. I try very hard to find at least something each day to be grateful for. My biggest joy is being here with all of you. I look forward to the time we can spend together. We all help one another and it makes us all feel that much better. Good luck listening to the binaural beats, I listen to a meditation that has them and I don't find them harmful. Hugs
