Even worse that soda is Sweet Tea. Loved so much in the south. I once watched them making it at a restaurant and I was astounded at how much sugar goes into making sweet tea. Lucky for me I don't like it. I have mine unsweet when I have it.

Sugary drink have huge amounts of sugar ... I saw a graphic once that showed a glass of cola had a third of the glass filled with sugar. And let's say I bake a cake I'm using a cup spread out over the whole cake, and it's cut into small pieces... Sugary drinks are lethal....
