The Doctor told me to eat dark meat because it will help you with the anemia including dark leaf lettuce such as romaine lettuce or spinach . I started eating the way that the Doctor said and in a few months they took my blood again and the anemia was gone. I hope that this helped you.
I believe in keeping things in balance. Itβs worked well for me. Any extreme diet is going to be short of something.

That is what I've been saying since the beginning. People need to eat from the old food pyramid. People look at me and think I don't eat. Those that you see that are over weight are those suffering from nutrition. These diet dietitians are creating diets high in carbohydrates that turn into sugar. Then they tell you to use sugar substitutes because they have no calories but they don't tell you it has something that increases your appetite it makes you hungry. It was made for diabetics and the need small in-between meal snacks. Those with the highest BMI and those that are malnourished. Red meat is an essential part ofa person's well being. Those without it have low energy levels, they are tired and weak. Red meat builds strong muscle. I eat everything but those foods I'm allergic too. I love my oatmeal in the morning with butter, sugar, evaporated milk, and cinnamon but I don't make that my complete meal. It is a side dish, I eat it with eggs and bacon, toast, fruit (fresh or canned). Breakfast is the most important meal of the day it truly means what it says you are literally breaking your fast. My mom was a dietitian for the city's health department they went into the schools , clinics, center and homes to teach people how to prepare nutritious meals on a budget and from what they had in their homes. They even took them grocery shopping. Fully dressed and holding my phone I weigh 106.
