I take supplements for my immune system, cranberry supplements so I don't get a urinary tract infection. Etc. And they all seem to work. I've been doing this for about 3 years. I'm also on a supplement for my stomach I have upper GI problems I am taking slippery elm and that seems to work really well. I also take CBD for pain no side effects. I have done so much research before I put anything into my mouth. Every supplement I have taken I look it up on the internet. All the ingredients and side effects. Someone cannot sell me anything until I know how it's going to affect me. I am very careful. I do have a company that I do do business with. But I have done my research. What kind of vitamins were supplements have you started to take? Or are you just thinking about it? If you are look up the vitamin or herb I have to take iron because my blood is low. Of course I researched the best iron that would not upset my stomach. And it is really good the one I got. And that is expensive is the one at the store and is so much better. I cannot give you the company that I am using I don't think I can. I don't know if I get into trouble. But if I can I'd love to tell the group if they are interested in vitamins. They are great. The sales are wonderful. The prices are wonderful. But you have to know what you are doing. If you don't know you could get yourself into a lot of trouble. I know what I can take and I know what I cannot take. But I do recommend supplements. They have really helped me so much. Sincerely Cynthia

I take magnesium citrate, B complex, vitamin E, co-Q10, vitamin K2D3, and vitamin C. They help with many things, but the common denominator, is that they’re all good for the heart! I prefer taking vitamins separately rather than a multi, because the multi’s don’t have the maximum amount in one pill. Taken separately, I get the full benefit from each pill . I’ve also started taking MTC oil, in the morning, in my smoothie, which is also good for the heart ❤️
