And if you buy can vegetables , beans etc, pour the liquid that's in the can out and add some water and salt free seasoning, to cut the sodium intake! As you can see I cook a lot, "Heart Healthy! Lol

I did a quick search on low sodium hot sauces and found this: https://www.hackingsalt.com/best-low-sodium-hot...
Some have zero salt. I have not heard of most of them, and have no idea how readily available they are.

My favorites are a Mrs Dash blend called southwest chipotle seasoning blend and a clover Valley Italian seasoning blend. I also use Tabasco and malt vinegar as they are sodium free. There is also a salt free lemon pepper blend I use on fish. Plain garlic and onion powder work well also.

Sorry, I mislead on the Tobasco. It is 35 mg of sodium per teaspoon, so pretty low sodium, especially as I use two maybe three drops in things, not the teaspoon.

Tabasco is sodium free? Wow, I will have to check it out. I think the other hot sauces I've check have a goodly bit of sodium in them.
