Since my husband died I got an apartment and live by myself. I gave my younger son my home.
I have 2 grown sons. They worry about me and get in touch with me everyday. I had a very bad fall 5 years ago. Since then, I can’t walk I have to use a wheelchair. I can stand up, can’t walk but can stand. I get by pretty well. If there is something I can’t do, I wait for one of my sons. I don’t have any problem cooking, keeping my apartment clean, that goes for me, too.I do my own laundry. I have an electric washer and dryer in my apartment.
I have been feeling down lately, but got to laughing over something silly. The down may be leaving.
My heart—I have AFib and heart failure. I know in time both will get worse. I am looking up my family tree. I started it years ago but got too busy to finish it. Now I have too much free time.

I don’t know. Many people go into cardiac rehab. After a fall 5 years ago, I have been confined to a wheelchair. I don’t think I could do that rehab.

Something funny just happened to me and thought I would share it. I went to a cardiac rehab that was online. They told the benefits of rehab. One of the benefits was Better Sex It got me to laughing. I have not had sex in 4 years, after my husband died. If I went to rehab would I have to borrow some man? It got me to giggling like I was 12 years old. This has been a hard time for me. I guess when I saw the humor in this, I just lost it and started giggling.
