It’s difficult finding low sodium options at restaurants. How do you handle it?

Sweetheart I try and seldom go out to restaurants to eat for that same reason. There is too much soduim in all what they make. I tend to stick eat at home because I know what goes into my cooking. Seasonings like garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and I have a long list, In the past when I have went out to eat I would eat such a small portion but it still have a lot of soduim in it so I chose to use Mrs. Dash stuff as well. I hope this helps but then you can check online about low sodium food,
