My depression has a huge hold on me ( and that was even before my dad passed a few weeks ago and I almost lost my diabetic cat . Any ideas for getting back to me ?
( I even stopped exercising which I did every day cause my diet well is not so good )

Take Garlic and ginger for your cholesterol. Turmeric to thin your blood find natural things to take for your condition these doctors just make money from putting you on tablets

Sorry o hear about your father passing As someone who has battled depression even on meds for 35 + years I would recommend treatment. Depression affects alot of the way we feel. Loss of interest in things you use to enjoy. Not wanting to leave your house
