Is 226 total cholesterol in heart attack or stroke range ?( my BP use to be 100/70)It’s creeping up now to 130/85 , sometimes it’s lower I don’t take any scripts Only bergamot and phytosterols
130/70s or 80 is considered normal for BP. 100/70 is a little low but that’s what mine runs most days.
227 is great. See

You're in the sweet spot.
If you've had a heart attack that is considered high. But if not it is considered borderline.
What’s a polar strap ?
I’d rather have something accurate on while walking or jogging especially with these unexplained feelings in my left chest area

But when my doc now says possible PVC to ,that’s scary
And my number ( cholesterol )
Jumped to 245 . LDL 169 yikes
