Walking is a daily constant in my life of 80 years. I climb three flights of stairs everyday and do Tai Chi twice a week. I want to get back to swimming; I swam with Masters for 15 years, and it has been several years since I have done it and miss it terribly!
I use to hike mountains but because of failing knees I’m not doing it now. An aging body has slowed me down and life crisis has interrupted many healthy activities.

I just got back from my walk this morning. Walking keeps us all moving and doing it out of doors lifts my mood too! As much as I love my stationary bike I love my walks more🤗

I have a little dachhound who doesn't move too fast, but loves her 30 minute walk every day.

I like going out in the mornings and walk because it is cooler and the complex where I live at is comprised of three complexes and I have walked around them. It stays off the road and all the benches that I need to sit down on when I am tuckered out helps me to take a rest.

I have 2 dogs, a standard dachshund and a chiweenie. We walk every morning for about 15 mins. The rest of my exercise is in the form of housework and cooking, my stamina has fallen way off from before the heart attack. I have a preserved ejection fraction that has improved from 50 to 60. I have developed connective heart failure..and my kidneys are also failing. I do what I can or must do day to day. And I do not beat myself up if I don't get everything done.
I am thankful for every day on this earth.
