After my open heart I was not afraid to walk but heavy physical excercise was ruled out for a few months.
Is There Anyone Here That Has Moderate Systolic Heart Failure With A Low-to Medium-low BP, That Has Taken Beet Root For The Nitric Acid?

Ejection Fraction
Once you get your Ejection Fraction up to a certain number through diet and exercise can it go down again? I'm currently suffering from depression, anxiety, and OCD and don't have much of an appetite (I lost about 15 pounds) and find it hard to get any exercise. Am I ruining the improvements I've made since my heart attack? It's difficult to fight every illness at once.
Be confident in yourself and your doctor. Stay with it. Exercise and eat properly

I have what is called a "smart" pacemaker/defibrillator. It detects when my body is more active and raises my rate according to my activities. But do check with your doctor

I too have all three symptoms. Not sure what meds are causing these side effects but I was recently put on Entresto so Iβm wondering if that could be the cause.
Has Anyone Experienced Kidney Problems From Entresto?
